Kassia Karr is a researcher, brand consultant, and director of photography. She specializes in consumer ethnography and content strategy and has worked on projects with brands including Nike, Motorola, Coca-Cola, and Levi's.

Gustavo Bechtold has worked in branding and communication strategy for seven years across China, Brazil and India, helping brands understand emerging trends and opportunities by bringing a global perspective to projects.

Grant Davis is a director, producer, and Hindi-Urdu translator. He has worked at Ogilvy & Mather and McCann in New York, and was the field producer and lead translator for the feature documentary Tomorrow We Disappear, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in NYC.
